Please read these terms carefully before using the ProtoAudit application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ProtoAudit ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Application.

2. Nature of the Service

ProtoAudit is a clinical trial compliance auditing tool designed to assist professionals in verifying data integrity. It uses automated algorithms to check data against specific frameworks (ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

Disclaimer: The Application is a support tool and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. The quantitative scores and reports generated are for informational purposes only. The final responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the user, the Principal Investigator, and the Sponsor.

3. User Responsibilities

• You represent that you are authorized to handle the clinical data processed by the Application.
• You acknowledge that ProtoAudit processes data locally on your machine to ensure privacy.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the Input Data (Excel files) and the Compliance Framework (JSON).

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its "Audit Engine," scoring algorithms, and source code, is the intellectual property of Dr. Mohammed Jaseem Ibrahim and is protected by copyright and patent laws (Patent Pending).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProtoAudit, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, regulatory fines, or study delays arising out of your use of the Application.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
